If an Manager has 14 employment records, of which all but one are terminated. active how How does the data get extracted and displayed for the personal related data for MSS. Is it based on the primary employment record?

The manager's empl record 0 has a hire and term row and is a secondary employment. Empl record 2 has hire row and many job rows which is the primary row.

The manager cannot select team data either in the past or future on the personal data pagelets.

I have added a termination row to the empl record 2 and made it secondary and then added hire row to empl record 0 and made it primary. The issue of past and future date selection now rectified but filter button appears for the two different employment types this individual had.
