Unable to ssh/scp from Solaris 11.4 to Solaris 10 (1/13) anymore

Whenever I tried to ssh from a Solaris 11.4 (11.4.62.1.0.151.3) to a Solaris 10 (1/13), I am getting "Unable to negotiate with x.x.x.x port 22: no matching host key type found. Their offer: ssh-rsa,ssh-dss. Just started to get this after Solaris 11.4.62.1.0.151.3 update that I just did today. Anyone know how to address this issue? ssh -oHostKeyAlgorithms=+ssh-dss targetserver would allow me to connect, but it prompts me for the root instead of using the the host key.
