Hello Oracle Team

We have configured the 4 NTP servers in the Oracle SBC. We need to know the importance of the NTP servers in the SBC and What is the impact if all the NTP servers are down.


Recently we faced an issue with all the NTP servers and down for 5 hours and came up.

We need to know about the cause of the issue if NTP servers are down.
