When we try to access the APEX URL, there is error: "The site can't be reached".

Database 12.1.0.2 enterprise Edition.

APEX: 21.1

ODRS: 21.4.3

Hi we have installed successfully APEX in database server and ORDS in application server.

application sever : 10.10.2.176 (ORDS Installed in this server)

db server: 10.10.2.55 (APEX installed)

db host name: xxx-oracle-app01.xxxx.ae

db port: 1561

Then URL is : http://10.10.2.176:8080/ords (we have tried this)

However, when we try to access the APEX URL, there is error: "The site can't be reached".

We have checked with oracle for issue, they said the APEX and the ORDS installation are good.

We have checked with out network team to solve host and port issue, they said no issue from our side. The Host and port is open able to call HTTP.
