E1: 47:42: How to prevent over shipment?

Dear all,

As the R42500 (P4205) is subsequent to change orders (R47131), the quantity shipped by our external 3PL has been greater than ordered quantity : Neither P4205 processing option nor ship-to flag can prevent quantity previously modified by the R47131 with the quantity sent by the supplier....

We want to allow a decrease of the ordered quantity (inventory shortage OR split into different lots,..) but not an increase of the original line ordered quantity.

Is there any possibility?
