Does background process of Auto PO create captures error msg on failure , if yes which tables?

We have implemented the Auto sourcing and Auto PO created process when planned order is released from ASCP and Requisition Import get triggered , sometime requisition failed auto source and auto created, but we do not see any error in PO interface error tables , are these errors captured in any different tables , if yes ..how to view these in database, so we can see the failure reason and take necessary action.
