BSSV: [TRANSACTION_TIMED_OUT] Transaction timed out due to inactivity.

Hi,

We several questions:

1)How do I terminate the BSSV session? ..I see the COK kernel hold bssv userID for several hours, but we want to terminate manually (without restart services) or terminate automatically..


2) this is current values on BSSV server, which is the best setting?


Maximum Retries = 5 

Retry Interval = 0

Transaction Timeout = 240000

Connection Timeout = 1800000


3)Also we faced this error all the time..what does it means?
