Possibility of removing Savings Plans from Benefits Administration

We are on PeopleSoft 9.2 with BenAdmin implemented since 2005 with all benefits offered here. We are finding a large volume of events in BenAdmin to increase/decrease/start/stop employee's enrollments into five different Savings Plans (457, ROTH IRA, 457 3 year Catch Up, 457 Age-50 Catch Up, and ROTH IRA Age-50 Catch up). These Savings Plan changes in BenAdmin create a great deal of manual processing and reprocessing as they tend to throw events out of sequence, especially when our open enrollment season is in October with a future January effective date.
