Looking for good cloning documentation for an Oracle 19c SE2 database

I am looking for a good document on how to clone the following database from one source to another. We use a third party to do an RMAN restore, so I just need the database setup as an auxiliary database.

Have the following database on OEL 7

Oracle Database 19c Standard Edition 2 Release 19.0.0.0.0 - Production

Version 19.14.0.0.0

Looking for a good doc that might have What files do I copy from source to target, etc. I was able to use 2552208.1 for the EE database and EBS, so something very similar to this.
