odacli update-registry -n dbhome get's cannot be discovered because the metadata does not exist

I've got a SR logged for this, but has anyone else had the below error? We just patched from 19.17 to 19.20 and everything else is running fine. It looks like the update-registry command is not excluding the "REMOVED" oracle homes in the inventory.xml file.

DCS-10140:Oracle home '[/u01/app/odaorahome/oracle/product/11.2.0.4/dbhome_3, /u01/app/odaorahome/oracle/product/19.0.0.0/dbhome_69, ..., /u01/app/odaorahome/oracle/product/19.0.0.0/dbhome_43]' cannot be discovered because the metadata does not exist.

The homes listed have all been deleted (through the ODA UI.) and are correctly not listed when running:
