Unable to view runtime metrics of new Enterprise server

Hello Team,

After we change out Enterprise server from ( widows 2016 to windows 2019 ). We install SM agent and service start normally, we can see that the server is running but we are unable to view runtime metrics of new Enterprise server.

Before we install SM agent we install a combatable java and we check that all java.security files in JAVA folder. We try to run the installer with 64-bit java as required, then choose 32-bit instance to monitor, after that provide 32-bit java home as requested in SM installer and the installation completed normally. Also we try to install SM agent with JAVA 64-bit both locations, but we still unable to view runtime metrics of new Enterprise server. This is the first time we install SM agent on windows server 2019 .
