JDE E1 9.2 / 9.2.7.3 TR x 64 environment

Windows 2019 Platform

We are getting following errors in build logs for all BSFNs while building Full package, it shows error "not built" in reports. It is new custom environment after upgraded to 64bit, copied from PY920.
