Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Hi

Need info related to Siebel patch upgrade since oracle is releasing every month a new patch we need patch upgrade steps .

1)Also want to see if MDE support patch install upgrade at SES, Gtwy, AI, and DB level as part of patch upgrade process
