Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. How to connect to the British tax authority for reporting taxes and upload CIS return txt file?

Is there a way, procedure, third-party to connect to the HMRC portal and upload automatically any file (VAT, subcontractor, CIS...)?
