Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Inventory items - category sets

I have created the independent Class and Commodity but when I attempt to link them Commodity comes up with error No list of values.

We have set up sets previously it has been a while and followed exactly the same steps but now it seems to not be working

what am I missing..
