JDE E1 Spain localization

Hello Folks,

I am setting up a Spain localization for one of the client. Can someone please share what basic setups are required to activate and start using that functionality.

I have reviewed the Implementation guide but still certain things are not clear.

Another question is related to EU VAT registration number validation via VIES web service. How can I use or activate the business service to access the VIES SOAP service.
