Sales order is not going on C2 Hold

Our sales order is not going on C2 Hold


Sold to address didn't cross the Credit Limit during order entry

but parent number of the sold to has crossed the Ageing Criteria in days


Want to know is this how C2 Hold works or are we missing any set up.


But during testing if i remove the credit limit of Sold to then order goes to C2 Hold
