Error 1030830 using esscmdq openotl

ESScmdQ 21.5


when we follow the instructions to compact the outline and enter the OpenOTL command we get a error "Command Failed. Return Status = 1030830"

i have tried all different versions of the command and always get the same error. i have even tested with known wrong application and database names, same error.


theses are cubes that were migrated from a 11.2 install via the lcm tool but were deployed multiple times in the 21.5 system via the excel tool
