In Oracle Goldengate Bidirectional Replication Joining Node is taking 5 to 6 minutes to synchronize

Our Testing Environment as follows

2 Servers with Windows Server 2022 Standard Edition

Oracle 19c Database SE 2 on both Servers

Oracle Goldengate 19c for Replication

Now my query is that

If 1 Server is up and other Server is Disconnected from network due to network failure..

After some times if that Server connected with network then the Data Pump Service in 1st Server takes 5 to 6 minutes from Abended to Running and after that it applies the changes to other Server. Required to reduce 5 to 6 minutes time .. Can it be possible ?? How ?
