How can I help Procurement with their supplier Spend Analysis ?

We are in Oracle EBS version 12.2.10

Procurement would like to start doing their supplier spend analysis. Instead of doing custom reports, I would like to use standard functionality of Oracle ERP. Anyone with this experience here , who can guide me will be greatly appreciated. I did some research and found Procurement and Spend Analyzer but kind of lost here.
