Does Sales Agreement Line Activation Date Checks Sales Order Line Request Date?

Hi All,

I have a question related to the Sales Agreement Line Activation Date validations in accordance to the Sales Order Line Request Date.

In a recent scenario, we observed that the sales order line request date was less than the sales agreement line activation date, the sales agreement line number did no populate on the sales order line. However the sales agreement was active before the sales order line request date.

Can someone guide me to understand this. Is there any documentation to verify the validations between Sales Agreement Line Activation Date and Sales Order Line Request Date.
