Avoid TLX01540 exception with Rule Programs that result in over 24 hours in a day?

We're currently upgrading our system from old HCM 9.1 to HCM 9.2 (PUM 47) and while testing our Time and Labor rules, we ran into an issue where Time Admin does not create payable time for days where the total payable time exceeds 24 hours. It throws exception TLX01540 (More than 24 hours reported). We have a few of these complex rules that add hours to the reported time and can result in more than 24 hours of payable time, and they work fine in our current 9.1 environment.

We are wondering what the best way to bypass this error is. These don't throw an exception in 9.1 and we are unsure why (customization we missed or configuration?).
