Solaris 10, newly installed. su - is not switching.

I have prod server and re-imaged it recently. initially I was able to login with my local usrid. But now it is not logging in . when i loggin from ssh it give below error

[ PTY allocation request failed on channel 0

Could not chdir to home directory /export/home/ib04533u: Permission denied

]

And when I login from console:-

[console login: ib04533u

Password:

No directory! Logging in with home=/

Last login: Mon Oct 30 13:03:38 on console

bash: Cannot find /usr/lib/ld.so.1 ]

Now home dir exist with correct permissions. and the file Id.so.1 also exist.

I can login from root on console directly. from root if I do su - ib04533u. it say
