Do we have Standard API to get the User and all their Roles

Hello Mentors,

We are on 9.2 Tools Release 9.2.5.2.

We are trying to push selected Users and all their roles to 3rd Party System and wanted to check if we have any Existing API which could be exposed for 3rd party to pull the data from?
