Writing a translated amount to an account

Why does consolidation aborts after the rule file loads completely without errors.

HFM 11.1.2.4

I am trying the below scenario for my client.

Below is the rule that i tried,i also tried some other variations by tweaking.

After loading rule file, consolidation aborts highlighting error in Line 2975 in Consolidation Administration.

C_Rate = HS.GetRate("A#ClosingRate.I#[ICP None].C1#[NONE].C2#[NONE].C3#[NONE].C4#[NONE]")

Please help on this.
