PeopleSoft Shippment Receipt

Is there a way to stop users from changing the PO price in the Shipment Receipt create screen for a quantity based PO.

Steps to replicate

1. Create a quantity based PO
2. Create a shipment receipt by copying the PO
3. In the Shipment create screen the receipt Qty and Receipt price is available for editing. As the receipt is created by copying the PO (qty based), is there a way to restrict user from editing the receipt amount through config ?
