Issue with invalid Recurring Retro Arrears

in Payroll and OTL - EBS (MOSC) Question

Hello Team

We are currently experiencing an issue in our prod instance where Recurring Retro Arrears of Annual Salary are getting pushed for one of our employees without triggering any events

We did have similar occurrence for another employee back in 2021 where we had raised an ORACLE SR and we had been provided a patches to resolve it-Patches 21818591:R12.PAY.C and 32225413:R12.PAY.C

Can you kindly let me know whether you had any similar occurrences? Just trying to understand if this is an issue specific to our organisation or its wider across other organisations
