Account Analysis and Drilldown timing out

We are on Oracle EBS 12.2.10. I have a user reporting an issue with Account Analysis and Drilldown timing out after about an hour. The ICX Session Timeout is set to 600 (which I believe is 10 hrs). She said she's only had the issue with this form and sometimes when reviewing requisitions. Anyone else having this issue with these particular forms? The navigation to the GL form is:

Inquiry->Account Analysis and Drilldown

Any thoughts on how to resolve? My suspicion is perhaps there is a blip in her internet connection causing the session to lose state. The error she gets is the Cannot Display Page, that you get when there is a timeout or you've used the previous or next browser buttons.
