zpool upgrade on solaris 11.4 Global Zone and effect on solaris 10 non-global zones

Is it safe to run zpool upgrade on a solaris 11.4 global zones running non-global zones with solaris 10 version 1/13 OS?

Will zpool upgrade -a be OK and not affect the bootability of the solaris 10 NGZ? Is there a list of compatability for solaris 10 NGZ's and zpool software versions?

All of my global zones are running at the same version and have the same backup beadms, so can I assume zpool upgrade is OK to run?

# beadm list -o name,pool_version,flags

zpool upgrade on the Global Zone shows (pool names have been amended).
