Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. This means that users with generic domains (such as gmail.com, yahoo.com, and others) will no longer be granted access to the discussion forums and ideas labs. Unable to open or update BPA

Hello,

We have an old BPA that we are trying to re-open and reduce the value.

The BPA contains many lines. When ever we attempt to open or update the BPA the system tries to load it and then eventually times out.

I have managed to get into it after 10mins, but I have not been able to achieve that since.

We have a copy of the BPA in a dev environment and we can replicate the error.
