Java code signing certificate

in Technology Stack - EBS (MOSC) Question

Oracle EBS R12.2.12

Any thoughts on the code signing providers? I had digicert and they are taking a long time in issuing a new FIPS compliant token.

Any ideas, on how a FIPS based code certificate is incorporated to R12.2.12?

Do we need it at all to add a code signing certificate to run forms on the EBS environment?
