Sporadic logouts and "Not authorized" messages

Hi,

  1. We are experiencing sporadic kickouts and “Not Authorized” messages across the application by multiple users. The users have access to these pages and functionalities and when they log back again they are able to resume their work.
  2. What we identified is that Weblogic PIA_servlet logs show “invalid ICSID” warnings for almost every kickout issue.
  3. Oracle engineer analyzed fiddler trace.
  4. As per Oracle Engineer, LBAAS is creating multiple cookies and the recommendation is to use "Application Based Cookies" - which is opposite to what is mentioned in -CLOUD: PeopleSoft Recommended Settings Specifically for Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) Load Balancer as a Service (LBaaS) (
