How to set routing ID in the Oracle B2B

Hi Team,

I'm going to setup a Gateway to FDA Center. And FDA Center has rules as below:

It's ok to set N.1.4 & N.2.r.3 in the xml file. But i can't find a place to config routing ID. The xml need to be sent to FDA with routing ID 'FDA_AERS' and 'FDA_AERS_PREMKT_CDER'.

For now, the B2B will take N.2.r.3 as the routing ID which will cause the error 'Document protocol identification error'. If I fill 'FDA_AERS' into N.2.r.3, the xml can be sent out. But the FDA Center will return the ack says 'Please fill CDER into N.2.r.3'.
