how to rasie oracle support account for mail id starting with #

in Using the My Oracle Support Portal (MOSC) Question

I want to rasie oracle support account with support identifier for my whole team with DL/mail-id starting with #MMC**.com.

But while creating account it throw error saying special character like -,#,_ should not be used in mail id .And our team DL is starting with # .

Could you help me in creating new oracle support account with mail id starting with #
