Nodemanager is down !

OEM 13.5

Applied CPU patches on our WLS 12.2.1.4 servers, disabled Blackout on the instance, Refreshed the WebLogic domain, and since then OEM says all my Nodemanagers are down.

The application works OK, WLS EM and Console say my Nodemanagers are up, the processes seem OK on the server itself.

I'm not sure what exactly is going on here, I don't recall having issues with these earlier. What may be the issue here ?
