Query :19c Oracle databases to blue/green environment

Hi

We are looking at moving our 19c Oracle databases to blue/green environment - in house (Red Hat Linux database server).

i.e. we want to have two databases on different servers. one willl be live (blue) and other(green) will be used for patching/testing . When an upgrade /patch has been applied to green we want it to become new blue (ie live with current/upto date data from previous blue environment at time of switch) and previous blue to be new green (and then synced with new blue some time later once we are happy) . The cycle will repeat for future upgrades/patches
