CRP creating buckets with wrong dates and no messages

Hello,

We are using E1 9.2. We are starting into CRP and working on some initial workcenters. We have done testing in the past and things worked great so I know the processes. However, in this situation, CRP is not producing the correct data.

It produces buckets dated 1/1/21 - 9/30/21 in the message detail screen and no results (which makes sense given the bad dates). I believe I have calendars and shifts set up correctly. It seems to work for other branches and workcenters.

Please let me know what you think I might need to review.

Ideally, I would like to have someone help me review the settings and find what I am missing as this seems like something small that I am not aware needs to be set.
