Define a party tax profile for an operating unit 81

Hi all,

We are receiving following error message when trying to create an adjustment.

"Please define a party tax profile for operating unit 81."


Also tried using the following solution, it is set up properly but still receive an error.

Receivables Activity Error: Please Define A Party Tax Profile For Operating Unit & ORG_ID (Doc ID 419019.1)

Any suggestions on what to try next?
