Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. This is on Oracle EBS R12.2.10.

We have a need to put a narrative a text of about 200 characters to put it on the top of iSupplier portal Orders page.

How do we achieve this without any OAF Code change?
