Object Specifications saving issue on Fat client

JDE E1 9.2 / TR 9.2.5.4 on Windows Platform, 32bit environment

We are facing some saving issues on FAT client, when we are checking out object, it is taking specs from server after that we modify something then save it, but it is not saving it. it is happening with some UBE versions. what could be the issue?
