Hyperion Planning

Version - 11.2.7.0.0.04

Users randomly dropped from Hyperion Planning security groups. Users will be fine, using the application without issue, then without warning, users cannot log in. Admin begins to investigate access problems, only to find the user has no assigned groups. All security groups have been removed from the user.

We have around 275 users. Access is provided through a connection to MS Active directory.
