Custom Subscription not triggered for the business events-oracle.apps.wsh.delivery.gen.create

Hi,


We have enabled the subscription for the event -oracle.apps.wsh.delivery.gen.create but its not getting triggered but if we retrigger the event in Test workbench, it is getting triggered.

Why the subscription is not triggered during the oracle.apps.wsh.delivery.gen.create time?
