ORSIM Can we schedule a unit stock count for next day from backend

ORSIM, v16 (16.0.3) , we are looking for a way to schedule a box count to next day (tomorrow) by inserting the data into product_group_schedule and product_group_sched_store tables for a product group by putting start and end date as 'tomorrow's date. When we run the extractunitstockcount batch it doesnt pick the schedule to explode into stock_count table. Is it possible to schedule from backend? Is there any other config/table entries that we are missing while inserting the data from backend. Any help will be appreciated.
