Can we do sandbox customization to transaction(receivable invoice) edit distribution screen natural segment value LOV FOR

 particular range(Receivables allow between range 530101 to 530303)?

I need a customization distribution screen natural value segment only within the required range. 


business need :

some users

select non-relevant natural account segments in LOV that why we need to restrict the particular range.
