Can we restrict Technician capability to move activity to and From their own 'non-scheduled' pool?

Oracle Field Service Cloud Version  23C Service Update 12 (23.8.12.1.4)


As a business we have a need to restrict our technicians from being able to move activity assigned to them in to their own 'Non-scheduled' pool (see Dispatch UI screenshot) and then using the 'Manage' screen to re-allocate to themselves for future dates.

The need is now becoming increasingly more Urgent as is impacting our reporting KPIs so want to restrict this capability quickly. Is this possible?
