Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Billing and Revenue Management (MOSC)

ECE state is struck at UpdaterBacklogProcessing (9) and not going to UsageProcessing(10)

I have done below set of installations in a fresh Oracle Linux VM for PS8 (local setup)

Oracle DB
BRM
PDC
ECE

till PDC, everything is working fine. I validated by creating few products in PDC & syncing them to BRM.

After that, I followed below steps to start the ECE

start (to start ecs nodes)
start configLoader (state will change from 0 to 2)
start pricingUpdater (state will change from 2 to 4)
start customerUpdater (state need to change from 4 to 10)

But while starting customerUpdater, state was struck at 9 i.e UpdaterBacklogProcessing

and below is a snap of the last debug messages in customerUpdater logs
