Is the Third Party Prepayments Rollup feature available to UK users?

I'm trying to find out more information about this process.
It's included in the Oracle HRMS Payroll Processing Management Guide (UK) but there's nothing about how to set it up. I've seen a profile option mentioned in a US guide.
We also want to know if it's flexible, for example, can we rollup certain third party payments and not others?
Also, where does the organization payment method default from? There's no option to add it against the payee organization (work structures).
Any guidance would be much appreciated.
