Set up and use the Customer self-service feature in P4210

Hi Team,

I'm figuring out how to set up and use the Customer self-service feature in P4210. Unfortunately, my search on Oracle Knowledge Garden yielded no specific documents besides Doc ID 625558.1.

Furthermore, I'm having trouble adding a record in P4210_ZJDE0010 via menu G42314. I can't seem to locate the "Save & Exit" and "Checkout" buttons, and I keep encountering an "unexpected error" in the Form Extension Manager.
