EBS HCM 12.1.3 upgrading to 12.2.11

Hello,

Hoping someone from Oracle can help.

We have an SR open that's references a bug that we don't have access to.

SR 3-34698194607 : Bug 35974907 - Synchronization of Person Email ID and FND User Email not working for Delete Action

Can someone provide an update as to the progress with this bug? It's prohibiting us from implementing this new feature.
