Limit Reassignment or Delegation of Workflow Tasks to certain users (Doc ID 2978027.1)

When we are creating a Vacation Rule or doing the re-assign for BPM tasks, all system users come into the list.

How can we restrict it to employees only within the Organization ?

This question is addressed by profile BPM_RESTRICT_WORKFLOW_USERS_BY_SECURITY_POLICY

When users reassign or delegate specific workflow tasks, by default they can select any user. Create and set a profile option so that users can reassign or delegate tasks only to someone else with the same legal employer, or only from specific legal employers. This applies even when users are defining vacation rules that control what happens to tasks that are assigned to them while they’re out of office.
